She has trained in various styles, including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, and modern. Her extensive dance background includes performances with the Springfield Ballet Company and participation in prestigious summer intensives at institutions such as the Houston Ballet and San Francisco Ballet.

Before joining the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Lahey was a member of the University of Kentucky Dance Team for two years, further honing her skills and preparing for her professional cheerleading career.

Her journey to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders was featured in the CMT show “Making the Team,” where her solo performance was described as “almost a religious experience” by the director of the cheerleaders.
